30-Day Return Policy
We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase from DOMAVAX. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received.
Be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items that show signs of use, misuse, missing components, or damage not caused during shipping may not qualify for a full refund.

All return requests are reviewed before approval. If approved, you will receive return instructions by email.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by DOMAVAX in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For returns requested for other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the circumstances of the return.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection, depending on your payment provider.
If a return does not meet the eligibility requirements, we will provide a clear explanation to the customer.
No Restocking Fees: DOMAVAX does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@domavax.com or +1 956-948-3836.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to the customer. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to assist with verification.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you believe your refund has not been received:
