Two color-coded crimp pockets let you switch sizes instantly; the red/blue pocket sits closer to the pivot to reduce effort on smaller gauges (#22–#14). A manual release lever lets you open the jaws when needed without damaging the connector.
Built on a steel frame with a black oxide finish for toughness and corrosion resistance, the CT-1550 also features cushioned grips for operator comfort. Ideal for industrial, automotive, and general electrical work where durable, repeatable crimps matter.
